WireTell

Terms of Service

Last updated October 7, 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and WireTell (“WireTell”, “we”, “us”), based in Houston, Texas. They cover your use of wiretell.com and everything on it (the “Service”). By creating an account or subscribing, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. What WireTell is

WireTell is a fantasy football news and alerts service. It gathers publicly reported NFL news and player status updates, connects to fantasy leagues you choose to link, highlights news about the players on your team, and can email you when a player's status changes. WireTell is an information service for entertainment. It does not offer betting, wagering, paid contests or prizes, and nothing on it is betting, financial or medical advice.

WireTell is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by the NFL, ESPN, Sleeper or any team or news outlet. Their names and marks belong to their owners.

2. Your account

3. Connecting your fantasy leagues

To show news about your team, you may connect an ESPN or Sleeper league. For ESPN private leagues this means giving us the login cookies ESPN uses to let you see your league; for Sleeper, your username or league ID. You confirm you are allowed to access the leagues you connect. We use these details only to read your league, roster and matchup information for you, we store ESPN cookies encrypted, and you can remove a league or your whole account at any time. ESPN and Sleeper can change their systems without notice, which may interrupt this feature.

4. Plans, billing and taxes

5. Free trial and promotional codes

6. Cancelling and refunds

You can cancel at any time. Cancelling stops future charges; you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for. Our refund rules are on the Refunds & Cancellation page and are part of these terms.

7. Using the Service fairly

Please do not: share or resell your account; copy, scrape or bulk-download the Service; use bots or automated tools against it; try to get around its limits or security; reverse-engineer it; or use it to break any law or anyone else's rights. We may suspend or close accounts that do.

8. News and information

News items, headlines and links come from third-party sources and belong to them; we link to the original. Player news changes fast, sources can be wrong, and alerts can be delayed or missed. Information on WireTell, including our scores, rankings and “Tells”, is our opinion for entertainment; decide for yourself before acting on it.

9. Emails

We send account emails (sign-in, password resets, receipts from Stripe) and the alerts you switch on. You can turn alerts off at any time on the Alerts page. If we send marketing emails, each will have a way to unsubscribe.

10. Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time from the Account page. Deleting it cancels any paid plan immediately, without a refund for the current period, and removes your data as described in the Privacy Policy. We may suspend or end the Service, or your access to it, if you break these terms, or if we stop offering the Service; if we stop offering a paid plan you have paid for, we will refund the unused part.

11. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent the law allows, we make no promises that it will be accurate, complete, timely, uninterrupted or error-free, and we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

12. Limit of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, WireTell will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, fantasy results or winnings, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Some places do not allow these limits, so they may not all apply to you.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Harris County, Texas, and you and we agree to their jurisdiction.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If a change is significant, we will tell you by email or in the Service before it takes effect. Continuing to use the Service after that means you accept the updated terms.
